Cenuzo is a trading name of A2Z Software Solutions Pty Ltd. Cenuzo builds private, local-first software, starting with MemoryVault.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers the public Cenuzo website and pre-launch contact or waitlist interactions. MemoryVault product-specific privacy details should be added before the app is released publicly.

3. Information we collect

The launch version of this website does not include account registration, payment collection, embedded third-party analytics, advertising pixels or a database-backed contact form. If you email Cenuzo, the information you include in that email will be received and used to respond to your request or record waitlist interest.

4. How we use information

We may use emails you send to respond to you, record MemoryVault waitlist interest, improve product planning, handle support requests and maintain basic business records.

5. Hosting and technical processing

The website is designed to be hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like most web hosting providers, Cloudflare may process technical request information needed to deliver the site, protect infrastructure and maintain service reliability.

6. Product privacy

MemoryVault is in development. The current public positioning is local-first, no mandatory cloud and private by design. Product-specific practices should be documented before release and kept consistent with the actual implementation.
